The Challenge

2xN was asked to run social media accounts for Millennial Urology, a sub-section of London Urology Associates’ offering targeted specifically at adolescent patients. As such, any public messaging needed to be developed with this demographic squarely in mind.

The Strategy

Digital natives, largely resistant to corporate messaging or faux-authenticity, the teenage audience needed to be engaged on their own terms about conditions they might not otherwise learn about. Social media was the perfect vehicle to reach this cohort, and 2xN studied their online behaviour and preferences carefully to ensure content was geared ‘just right’.

The Results

Millennial Urology’s social media accounts have seen exponential growth and engagement since 2xN began running them, and the clinic’s intake of adolescent patients has risen in kind. A dedicated website for this branch of LUA’s offering is forthcoming.
