The Challenge

2xN were asked to develop Mr Shafafy’s private practice, developing its profile in and around his base of Nottingham.

The Strategy

2xN began by researching comparable clinics in the area, seeking to understand Mr Shafafy’s competition as well as his unique offering. A niche – complex paediatric and adult deformity and reconstruction – was quickly identified, and we worked with Mr Shafafy to set short- and long-term goals for his practice development.

The Results

Within the first two months of working with Mr Shafafy, 2xN delivered a full rebrand – a new website, branding across business cards and letter heads, as well as a comprehensive social media strategy which has seen rapid growth and engagement with the clinic’s messaging. We’ve organised two events – one for GPs, and another for patients – which have allowed Mr Shafafy and his practice to be present offline as well as on.
